Surbhi & Sylvestor's Haldi ceremony was the 4th event of their 4-day wedding celebrations. The ceremony was planned for a Saturday night in her apartment in Sunnyvale, right after their Catholic wedding ceremony. The couple were almost famished after their couple portraits at San Jose State University but rejuvenated from the Limo ride home.
After getting some amazing wedding pictures in the Church and the San Jose state university, I was prepared and charged to get some beautiful pictures while the couple get marinated in turmeric for their next big ceremony in Fremont.
The friends and family were equally engaged in the celebration which made the whole thing even more personal. The ritual was done in her apartment's backyard in Sunnyvale so I had to use on camera flash directed away from the subjects.
